Complimentary Accommodation Promo Terms and Conditions
- Festival Promo: Spend USD 550,000 on tournament buy-ins, excluding the Triton Invitational, to qualify for 15 nights of complimentary accommodation. The earliest check-in is 31 October, and the latest check-out is 15 November, 2024.
- Invitational Promo: Participate in the Triton Invitational to qualify for 4 nights of complimentary accommodation. The earliest check-in is 6 November, and the latest check-out is 10 November, 2024.
- PLO Promo: Spend USD 150,000 on buy-ins for PLO format tournaments to qualify for 4 nights of complimentary accommodation. The earliest check-in is 11 November, and the latest check-out is 15 November, 2024.
The following terms and conditions apply:
- Must confirm attendance before October 24, 2024.
- Booking must be made before October 24, 2024, through the Triton Concierge Services.
- A deposit equivalent to the entire stay amount is required to secure the booking.
- Bookings outside of the promo stay period are based on availability upon request, are not subject to the promo, and different rates may apply.
- Bookings made after October 24, 2024, will not be subject to these promos.
- Changes to any bookings made under these promos before October 24, 2024, are subject to availability upon request and are not guaranteed.
- Changes to any bookings made under these promos after October 24, 2024, are subject to availability upon request, will not be subject to these promos, and any deposit made will be forfeited.
- Cancellations made before October 24, 2024, are allowed free of charge.
- Cancellations made after October 24, 2024, will incur a penalty equivalent to the entire stay amount, and the deposit will be forfeited.
- Once the total combined buy-in amount has been fulfilled, the deposit will be returned after the festival is completed.
- Complimentary accommodation applies to Exclusive Rooms only.
- Rooms are allocated upon check-in; requests for a sea view or seaside will be taken into account; however, they are subject to availability upon check-in and are not guaranteed.
- Upgrade options are subject to availability upon request and will incur additional charges on guest’s account.
- Complimentary accommodation is for single or double occupancy, including daily American breakfast for one or two persons.
- Check-in time is 3:00 PM. Although the hotel will make every reasonable effort to accommodate guests who arrive before the check-in time, guest rooms may not be immediately available. Early Check-In is subject to availability upon request and may incur an additional cost of one (1) room night.
- Check-out time is 10:00 a.m. Late check-out is subject to availability upon request and may incur an additional cost based on the actual check-out time.
- A credit card will be taken as a guarantee upon check-in for incidental charges.
- If Monte Carlo Bay Hotel & Resort is fully booked, Triton reserves the right to book alternative rooms in a nearby hotel.
- These promos are valid while room inventory lasts. Reservations will be accommodated on a first-come, first-served basis. Once the hotel has reached full occupancy, reservations will no longer be entertained even before October 24, 2024.
- Complimentary one (1) round-trip airport transfers to and from Nice Côte d’Azur Airport (NCE) are offered to event-committed players. Players are required to participate in at least one tournament. This applies to a single vehicle only. Additional cars will incur extra charges on the guest’s account.
- The transfer service is applicable for travel between October 31 and November 15, 2024. Booking is required 24 hours in advance. Booking requests with less than 24 hours notice will not be entertained.
