Triton Hotel Promo – Terms & Conditions

Complimentary accommodation is offered at Marriott Resort, subject to the following terms and conditions:

  1. Must play tournaments for a total combined buy-in amounts applicable to the restricted numbers of nights. Players are subject to only one of the three promos and one room per player accordingly:
    1. The maximum of 18 consecutive nights (Full Festival). Check-in 4th of March – Check-out 22nd March 2024, – min. spent of USD 350K USD.
    2. The maximum of 13 consecutive nights – min. spent in any tournament buy-ins: 200K USD
    3. The maximum of 8 consecutive nights – min. spent in any tournament buy-ins: 150K USD.
  2. All promotional options outlined above share the same terms: the earliest check-in is the 4th of March 2024, and the latest check-out date is the 22nd of March 2024. Any extra days preceding or following the Triton SHRS Jeju 2024 festival will be the responsibility of the players and must be paid in full.
  3. Players are required to have their bookings made by Triton VIP Services for their hotel stay to be a subject to promo.
  4. Players Hotel is Marriott Resort at Jeju Shinhwa World. Hotel Address: Jeju Shinhwa World Marriott Resort. South Korea, Jeju-do, Seogwipo-si, 38 Sinhwayeoksa-Ro 304beon-Gil Andeok-Myeon,Seogwipo-Si.
  5. Complimentary accommodation is applicable for Deluxe Room rate. Upgrade options are subject to availability upon request and will incur additional cost on the guest account.
  6. Each accommodation promotion listed in point 1 includes a complimentary breakfast for a maximum of 2 guests. Please note that this offer is applicable ONLY when Triton VIP Services Team is notified in advance. The complimentary breakfast for 2 guests is applicable to Triton Player’s rooms and is limited to the same room only. Walk-in breakfast for sharers will not be eligible for this promotion.
  7. Breakfast for children under 24months old is free of charge.
  8. Check-in time is 3:00PM. Although the Hotel will make every reasonable effort to accommodate guests who arrive before the check-in time, guest rooms may not be immediately available. Early Check-In is subject to availability upon request and may incur an additional cost of (1) room night.
  9. Check out time is 11:00 am. Late check-out is subject to availability and to additional charge. Late check-out is subject to availability upon request and may incur an additional cost based on actual check-out time.
  10. Confirmation of attendance and room requirements must be sent to Triton VIP Services before February 11th, 2024. Any cancellations after that date will not be honored. Players are strongly advised to confirm their attendance and make hotel reservations prior to that date (by the 31st of January 2024) in order to secure preferred room type and to guarantee a room at Marriott Resort.
  11. Players will need to make a deposit equivalent to the total booking amount to secure the hotel reservation. In case of a 2pax. accommodation, the deposit for advanced breakfast for sharer/s must be included in the total amount sent. Triton will release the prepaid amount once verified that players have reached the required amount as stated on (1).
  12. The deposit is non-refundable for booking cancellation or any modification is requested on and after February 11th, 2024. This is due to the hotel’s chargeable late cancellation policy.
  13. Extension of hotel room is subject to availability and will incur additional cost on guest account. Different rates may apply.
  14. Exceptions for all above conditions will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
  15. In any case of Marriott Resort being fully booked, Triton Poker reserves the right to make a booking in a nearby different hotel.
  16. Triton Players are entitled to one complimentary airport transfer each way. Advanced booking of at least 24 hours is required.
  17. Players are required to manage their own flight arrangements and obtain the necessary visas.
