Complimentary Accommodation & Transfer Promo Terms and Conditions

Confirm your attendance before May 3rd, 2024 to qualify for complimentary accommodation at Maestral Resort & Casino, and round-trip airport transfer, with the following promos:

  1. Full Festival Promo – Complimentary 16 nights stay in a Premium Room for playing a total combined buy-in amount of $500,000. The stay period is from May 11th to 27th, 2024.
  2. PLO Promo – Complimentary 5 nights stay in a Premium Room for playing a total combined buy-in amount of $150,000 in PLO events. The stay period is from May 22nd to 27th, 2024.

The following terms and conditions apply:

  1. Confirmation of attendance and hotel reservation must be made before May 3rd, 2024 through Triton Concierge Team. A deposit equivalent to the full stay amount is required to secure the reservation.
    1. Reservations outside of the promo stay periods are based on availability upon request, will not be subject to promotions, and different rates may apply.
    2. Reservations made after May 3rd, 2024 will not be subject to these promos.
    3. Modification to any reservations made under these promos before May 3rd, 2024 is subject to availability upon request and is not guaranteed.
    4. Modification to any reservations made under these promos after May 3rd, 2024 is subject to availability upon request, will not be subject to these promos, and any deposit made will be forfeited.
    5. Cancellations made before May 3rd, 2024 are permitted and are free of charge.
    6. Cancellations made after May 3rd, 2024 are not permitted and the deposit will be forfeited.
    7. Once the total combined buy-in amount has been fulfilled, the deposit will be returned after the completion of the festival.
  2. Complimentary accommodation is applicable to Premium Rooms only.
    1. Park View or Sea View is allocated upon request on a first come first served basis upon check-in and is not guaranteed.
    2. Upgrade options are subject to availability upon request and will incur additional costs on the guest’s account.
  3. Complimentary accommodation is applicable to single occupancy only and is inclusive of buffet breakfast, lunch, and dinner for one (1) person. An additional cost of €100/night applies for double occupancy, inclusive of buffet breakfast, lunch, and dinner for the second person, on the guest’s own account.
  4. Check-in time is 3:00PM. Although the Hotel will make every reasonable effort to accommodate guests who arrive before the check-in time, guest rooms may not be immediately available. Early Check-In is subject to availability upon request and may incur an additional cost of (1) room night.
  5. Check out time is 11:00 am. Late check-out is subject to availability upon request and may incur an additional cost based on actual check-out time.
  6. 24-hour advance notice must be given to the Triton Concierge Team for airport transfer services. Requests made with less than 24-hour notice will not be entertained.
  7. This offer is valid while room inventory lasts. Reservations will be accommodated on a first-come, first-served basis. Once the hotel has reached full occupancy even before May 3rd, 2024, reservations will no longer be entertained.
