Triton Super High Roller Series Macau 2017 is a big milestone for Triton Poker because it marks the series’ first foray into Macau, Asia’s biggest gaming destination, and will serve as the series’ final stop for 2017. The event will be held at the stunning Galaxy Macau Hotel, and luxury Swiss watch brand, Hublot, returns as Official Timekeeper for the big event. It will be a guaranteed spectacle for both players and poker enthusiasts everywhere.
The Macau event comes hot on the heels of the large success that was Triton Super High Roller Series Montenegro 2017, which debuted at the Maestral Resort and Casino. That event had a total of two tournaments: the Triton HK $250,000 6-Max, and the Triton HK $1,000,000 Main Event. The Montenegro stop saw the return of many familiar faces, including eventual 6-Max winner and German wunderkind, Fedor Holz, who took the championship at Triton Poker’s very first event back in January 2016. It also welcomed a lot of new players, including Main Event Champion, Manig Loeser.
The Macau event is also expected to have an influx of Asian poker enthusiasts, though their number has only continued to grow throughout the year.
